The King’s Seventh Day Adventist Church, was born out the “King is Coming Evangelistic Campaign” conducted by Evangelist Fitz Henry in 1997 hosted by the Savannah Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Membership
The church was organized with approximately 150 members, and now boasts a membership 590, made up primarily of expatriates from the West Indies, Central America, South America, North America and Europe. Approximately 70% of the membership is under the age of 40 years with a growing number of young professionals.
Our Services
The wide range of culture provides for rich fellowship and highly spiritual worship services that are appealing to the young as well as fulfilling and appetizing to the more mature members.
Our services begin at 8:30am each Sabbath Morning with Sabbath School and Divine Service at 10:30. Our ever stimulating Corporate Bible Study is at 3:00 pm and Adventist Youth Program at 4:30pm.
On Wednesday Nights at 7:30 is time for Walk Through the Bible, an interactive Bible study with our Church Pastor.
Sunday Evenings at 5:00pm the church Goes Green with a corporate exercise program on the green lawn of the church yard followed by an inspirational devotion.
Location
It is nestled in the down town area of George Town at 209 Walkers Road, sharing campus with Cayman Academy, the only Seventh Day Adventist school on the Island and providing a source of spiritual, moral and social influence to the community of George Town and its surrounds.
