Symposium for New Field Leaders

A special three-day Symposium was held at the headquarters of the Inter-American Division (IAD) of Seventh-day Adventists, for new Administrators of Conferences and Missions. These Leaders were elected to office during the past six months, or less. These Leaders came from different Unions across the Division’s territory. Pastor W.G. McDonald and

Pastor R. Dracket were invited to attend these sessions. A wide range of subjects were covered, including Ethics in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Personnel Management & Finance Management in the Local Field. The presenters included Dr. Israel Leito, Pastor Jonsen Trotman, and Pastor Balvin Braham. This program was planned by the Ministerial department of the IAD.
