Cayman Brac Convention 2008

Pastor Omar A. Palmer was the speaker at the Cayman Brac Convention, it was a spiritfulled weekend and those who attend was truly inspired and the souls rejuvinated.
Pastor Palmer was born in Manchester, Jamaica as the last of six children to a single parent household. He had the privilege of enjoying life the "better" way. He was baptized in the Seventh-day Adventist Church at age 6 and subsequently preached his first sermon at age 12. He was already a Bible Instructor by the age of 17 and by age 18 he made his grand evangelistic entrance. There is nothing in ministry that impresses him more than to see souls seeking salvation, saved by God's gracious grace. As his evangelistic exploits reached its initial insatiable intensity, God called him to further his studies.
Evangelist Palmer accepted the call from God and matriculated at Canada University College, from which he graduated with a B.A. Degree in Religion. His intensity for the gospel kept escalating. He served with distinction as Associate Pastor of the Toronto West Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ontario, Canada. Subsequent to that, he pursued and attained a Masters of Divinity Degree at the Andrews SDA Theological Seminary in Michigan. Currently, he is the Associate Pastor of the Apple Creek Seventh-day Adventist Church in Toronto, Canada. Not confined to one pulpit, he has also shared the gospel with due assiduousness in the Caribbean, Canada, the USA, and continues to emblazon the fiber of this world with the content of God's love.
Pastor Palmer is happily married to the gorgeous and graceful Georgiana, and with heartfelt gratitude they thank God for their achievements and for using them along with others for the furtherance of the Gospel. One philosophy he holds dearly is "...not by might nor by power but by my Spirit says the Lord...”-Ephesians 5:6.
