WOMEN MINISTRIES
The Women’s Ministries department exists to uphold, encourage and challenge Adventist women in their pilgrimage as disciples of Jesus Christ and members of His world church; We challenge each woman with her potential that out of the fullness we, as women who have personally found Christ, may be empowered to share Him with our families, our fellow believers and in ever expanding circles in the unsaved world.
Our logo reflects what we hope to represent to the world: women of all ages, different ethnic origins, working together, studying together and caring for one another. Take time to visit with us and find a home in any one of our churches. |
ADVENTIST DEVELOPMENT AND RELIEF AGENCY
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization that was initiated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The basis for its existence is to follow Christ’s example by being a voice for, serving and partnering with those in need.
ADRA seeks to improve the quality of life of those in need. ADRA invests in the community through development initiatives targeting Food Security, Economic Development, Primary Health and Basic Education. ADRA’s emergency management initiatives provide aid to disaster survivors.
ADRA’s ministry is dependent to a great extent on private donations from partners who have made ADRA their life’s work. At the very foundation of relief and development these donations develop entire communities.
